New Amsterdam Casualty Company,
60 John Street,
N.Y.C.
Att'n Mr. George W. Pesinger
Gentlemen:
We are handing you herewith original Summons and Complaint of
an action instituted in the New Jersey Supreme Court by Edna Hussman and
Louis Russman, against this corporation for alleged injuries sustained
while employed at our plant located in New Jersey.
We suggest that you attorneys find out the maiden name of
Mrs. Hussman in order that we may check our employment records against
the dates of employment alleged in the complaint.
Since our insurance policy expired with you on August 20,1919,
we are sending copies of this complaint to the other insurance companies
which issued policies subsequent to yours - they are the Aetna Life
Insurance Company and the American Mutual Liability Insurance Company.
Very truly yours,
President.

Note: The above mentioned Summons and Complaint was served on our
Agents the Corporation Trust Company of New Jersey, at
