July 8th,1927. New Amsterdam Casualty Company, 60 John Street, N.Y.C. Att'n Mr. George W. Pesinger Gentlemen: We are handing you herewith original Summons and Complaint of an action instituted in the New Jersey Supreme Court by Edna Hussman and Louis Russman, against this corporation for alleged injuries sustained while employed at our plant located in New Jersey. We suggest that you attorneys find out the maiden name of Mrs. Hussman in order that we may check our employment records against the dates of employment alleged in the complaint. Since our insurance policy expired with you on August 20,1919, we are sending copies of this complaint to the other insurance companies which issued policies subsequent to yours - they are the Aetna Life Insurance Company and the American Mutual Liability Insurance Company.
