Pesingor Centlonen: to hond you herowith cony of Summons and Complaint in an action instatuted in the How Jorsey Suprone Court by Ornae Tryer agninat this corporation. We almo enclose an action of Tatherino Schaub against this corporation. In the case of Cance Teyor service was made on our Agent the Corporation Trust Compeny of Jergey, Hay 18th,1927, and in the case of Tatherine Schaub service was made June 16th,1927. It le rather unfortunate that wo did not call these tiro suite to your attention sooner, but tro ware under the impression, until reonntly that the Aetna Life Insurence Company carried our insurance during the entire period of employment clained in ench action. The Aetna Insurance Company, through their attorneys Collino and Corbin filed answor to the Grance Fryer quit on June 9th, and to the Retherino Schnub suit July 7th, so these tio casos are proporly covered so far as enswore are concorned. To trust that our oversight in not sonding you these documents at the time they wore served on un will in no vay influence your attitule tomeda any possible liability which may arise under our policy with you.
