I am enclosing herewith letter to me dated
July 19, from the Corporation Trust Company of New
Jersey, enclosing chancery subpoena in the matter of
Grace Fryer against your company, which was served
at 3:48 P.M. on July 19.
An answer in this suit must be filed on or
before twenty days from and after the 29th day of
July, 1927.
