July 26,1927. New Amsterday Casualty Company, 60 John St., N.Y.C. Att'n Mr. G. W. Pesinger Gentlemen: We hand you herewith copy of a notice of a Bill in Chancery, served on us July 19th,1927, by Potter and Berry, regarding-the case of Grace Fryer versus United States Radium Corporation. You have not filed an answer in this suit, but the matter has been handled by Collins and Corbin of Jersey City, N.J. for the Aetna Insurance Company. Yesterday we spent a good portion of the afternoon in conference with Mr. Markley of Collins and Corbin, and Mr. Smith of Edwards and Smith, your Attorneys. The subject of this Bill in Chancery was discussed, and as we understand it Mr. Markley and Mr. Smith will cooperate on the proper proceedings to follow. The Attorneys suggested that the notice of the above mentioned bill be sent to them through the respective insurance companies. Very truly yours, CBLee:RH President. enc.
