4. Plaintiff was not informed or warned and had no
knowledge of the nature of the said dangerous rad ioactive
substances into close proximity with whiok s ba was by the
defendent's nagligence brought.

Plaintiff was expoged to the aaid radioactive
substances for the greater part of tha day time during a
period of time from on or about the 10th day of April, 1917
to on or about the firot day of January, 1921.
6. By raeson of the defendent's negligence 68 here-
inbofore net forth in paregraph 3 of this count the plaint-
itf's body becamo impregnated with salà radionetive sub-
stances.
7. Seid radioactive substances so introduced into
the plaintiff's ayston still continue to bombard plaintiff's
body intornally and continually attock and broak dows the
plaintiff's tissues and body substance onusing the plaintiff
thereby great pain and sufforing both mental and physical.
3. The effect of the introduction of the aald radio-
aotive aubstanoes into the human body is suoh that the effect
does not begome immediately apparent and plaintiff did not
feel anid offect or know of the beginning of the continuing
injury done her until several years following hor last 0.-
posure to said dungerous rad ionotive substances and the
plaintiff was not apprised of the nature of her bodily
allments or informed Or knew that ter suffering was due to
the negligence of the defend ent until July, 1925,
9. By reason of the promises plaintiff became, was
and le sick, aoro, lame and disabled and crippled and has ao
remained for a long space of time becoming ill in June, 1988
with continually increasing pain and sufforing both mental
