Dear Mr. Lee:
Mr. Markley has suggested Tuesday, August
23, at 2 p.m. for the further conference in the above
matter. I have written him that that will be con-
venient for me. If I hear nothing further from you
I will presume that you and Mr. Barker will be there.
I think it would also be advisable to have Dr. Flinn
attend if you can arrange for him.
If, however, you are expecting the insurance
company to pay for Dr. Flinn's attendance, you should
first take up the matter with Mr. Markley.
