RESEIVED AUG 19 1927 FREDERIC J. FAULKS LINDABURY, DEPUE & FAULKS J. EDWARD ASHMEAD JOSIAH STRYKER PRUDENTIAL BUILDING JOHN W. BISHOP, JR. TELEPHONE WALTER D. BARKER MULBERRY 1755 JAMES E. M. TAMS 763 BROAD STREET, newark, N.J. BURTIS S. HORNER August 18, 1927 LIEUNOOS ORP. RE: Freyer V. U.S. Radium Corp. C. B. Lee, Esq., President, United States Radium Corp. 535 Pearl Street, N. Y. C. Dear Mr. Lee: Mr. Markley has suggested Tuesday, August 23, at 2 p.m. for the further conference in the above matter. I have written him that that will be con- venient for me. If I hear nothing further from you I will presume that you and Mr. Barker will be there. I think it would also be advisable to have Dr. Flinn attend if you can arrange for him. If, however, you are expecting the insurance company to pay for Dr. Flinn's attendance, you should first take up the matter with Mr. Markley. Very truly yours, JS:L
