Mr. Edward A. Markley,
Collins & Corbin,
1 Exchange Place,
Jersey City, N. J.
Dear Mr. Markley:
I am herewith sending you information which has been
supplied to us by Dr. Frederick B. Flinn; first, facts in favor
of thinking it was caused by radium paint; second, facts against
thinking it was caused by radium paint; third, F. B. Flinn's
association with radium research. The first two exhibits are
in response to a request that we made of Dr. Flinn to give use
some idea of what value he coula be to us in combating out suits.
The third exhibit represents Dr. Flinn's reaction to the bill of
complaint in the cases of Fryer, Schaub and Hussman.
You
will probably be interested in reading over thege documents prior
to our meeting on Thursday.
Dr. Flinn advises that he shall be glad to attend this
meeting, and, in order that he may be thoroughly posted as to the
progress that we have made up to date, I am sending a copy of the
answers so far drafted to the bill of complaint to him for his
study.
Very truly yours,
HHBarker:MB
VICE-PRESIDENT.
