to in Paragraph 1 of the bill of complaint herein, knen that the infinitesinal quantities of radioactive subatances used in said paint or mixture, vere of a dangerous and lethal nature, and it further denies that said paint or mixture was, in fact, of a dangerous and lethal nature, and it denies that the complainant was exposed to dangeroue sube tances when she mas exposed to said paint or mixture; it denies the remaining allegatione of Paragraph 8 except that upon information and belief it alleges that an alleged autopay was performed by the gounty physician on tuo degeased persone who vere formerly employees of the defendant, and except further that it admits a report of an alleged investigation mas publiehed in The Journal of the Amerioan Medicel Association in December 1925. 9. Purther anewering the bill, this defendant saya that the omplainant ie in groma laches; that the complain- ant claimed to know that her alleged Illness or illnesses were que to said alleged peint and the radioactive substances alleged to be contained therein long before the bill of complaint herein was filed, and for the purpose of bringing an action againut this dofondant the complainent employed counsel other than the com- plainant's present gounsel of regord long prior to the filing of a bill herein. 10.
