Chancery Subpoena-AD. Resp.-6 NEW JERSEY, to wit: The State of New Jersey to UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION, a corpora- tion of the State of Delaware, GREETING: WHEREAS a bill of complaint has lately been exhibited against you in our Court of Chancery by ALBINA LARICE to be relieved touching the matters therein contained THEREYORE, we command you, if you intend to make a defense, that you file an answer to said bill in the office of the Clark of our said court at Trenton, on or before the expiration of twenty days from and after the 30th day of September, 1927, and in default thereof such order or decree will be made against you as the Court shall think equitable and just. WITNESS, his Honor, Edwin Robert Walker Chancellor of our said State, at Trenton, the 20th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
