September 22nd to Mr. Pessinger and Mr. Emery with reference
to the above cases.
Mr. Berry sent me two copies of
each of the Billsof Complaint in each of these cases and I
have mailed a copy of the Bill in the Schaub case to Mr.
Markley and a copy of the Bill in each of the other cases to
Mr. Smith.
