Enery, Actno Life Insurance Co., 100 William 80., N.Y.O. the Decirdo 9, Pesinger, Totr Ameterdom Cosualty Co., 60 John 35., N.Y.O. 1 Continuen: Stace the exhuming of the body on Inturday, October 18th, of Amelia Ingrie, 170 have checked up the records of her employment by this corporation, and find that she worked from on or about October 1,1917 to Jenuary 25,1922. The period of her employment WSB not continuous, but more or less intermitent, and some vecte she only worked one or two days. Unfortunately our employment records are not In 88 good condition se they might to, and since there were three other Mazda girls, sisters of Amelia, employed on and off during part of this period of time, there 10 a possibility that the dates given above may not be absolutely accurate. Honever, they are the best we are able to determine from our records. to doubt you have noticed the two orticles in the Regie"ef Sevark, appeartng under dates of October 18th and 19th, giving the results of on interview with Dr. Joseph P. Inof, of Newark. As you will recell Dr. Knof is the person whom 90 have always felt was book or these suits, and 11 ssoms to to that It will be very difficult now for Berry to keep him out of the litigation, even though Borry has done overything possible to keep Dr. Knof In the beckground. Cortainly If there is any suit based on evidence found by exhuming the body of Amelia Ingrin, Dr. Enof will naturally be drem into the controversy. In view of this fact Berry may be obliged to not institute such a out. If he fails to institute such 8 sult after all the publicity of exhuming the body 1t would seen that his entire (Toup of cases would to very materially workened. Undoubtodly the superent disamsion In the renks of the powers behind the five pending suite is mine to react very favorably to the defence. It Looks as if the "Star Engle" unconsciously may be rendering us a real service. Very truly yours, OBLOG:RH President. 1
