Gentlemen: On the 26th instant we received a telephonic message from Mr. Berry, Solicitor for complai nant, that the time and place had been fixed for the taking of testimony at Boston, and he advised that the testimony was to be taken at 9:00 A. M. on November 14, 1927, at the offices of Messrs. Choate, Hall & Stuart, 30 State Street, Boston. This date is satisfactory to Mr. Markley and he wi 11 be glad to attend and represent the United States Radium Corporation in the Fryer and Schaub cases.
