Dear Doctor Ssamalotski:
Some few months ago Mr. Tamms, of
Lindabury Depue & Faulks, Newark, N.J., called upon you
with reference to work you have done in c onnection with
claims made by our employees that they contracted injuries
while working for us.
If convenient I should very much like
to have an interview with you some day next week, at your
convenience, in Delawanna. Most any day will suit me, and
I shall be glad to call at such an hour as you may appoint.
