Dear Mr. Lee,
Upon rereading the memorandum of conference which
I sent you yesterday, I am impressed that the memorandum
does not make it quite clear that final arrangements for the
attendance of the expert witnesses are not to be made with
them until we secure the approval of the Insurance Companies
so that we will be in a position to have the Insurance Com-
panies pay the bill for their services.
I think that
that was understood at the conference but the memorandum
does not make that point quite clear.
