If on the trial of the case the Court should decide that the specific negligence occurred only during the period when our policy was in force, then the Aetna is to assume the entire responsibility on those cases under the terms of its policy. If it should be held by the Gourt that no negligence occurred during that period while our policy was in force, then the Aetna is to be relieved from any responsibility.
