TAKE NOTICE that you are hereby re uired to produce to
the Court on the trial of this cause, the correspondence between the
United States Indium Corporation and Dr. Cecil K. Drinker, the Corres
pondence between the United States Redium Corporation and Dr. Frederick
L. Hoffmen, the correspondence between the United States Bodium
Corporation and the Consumers' League of Miss Wiley, Executive
Secretary of the Consumers' Longue of New Jersey, the correspondence
between the United States Redium Corporation and the State Desprtment

of Labor or the Commissioner. You will likewise produce the oringinals
of the affidavits of the following persons which said oringinals were
filed by the United States Indium Copporation with the New Jorsey
State Dental Examining Board and present d by them before the Attorhey
General, but which affidavite have been subsequently returned:
L. Fanny S. Sweeney, sworn to May 29, 1926 before Arma Stahl.
2. Buth K. Walsh, sworn to May 29, 1926 before Anna Stahl.
3. Dean S. Edmonds, sworn to May 27, 1926 before Elsie Searing.
4.
Arthur Rodder, sworn to May 27, 1926 before As M. Lindenstruth.
5.
Clarence B. Lee, sworn to May 24, 1926, Before As 11.
Lindenstruth.
6. U. Redmond Cross, sworn to May 27, 1926 before Daniel Schub.
7.
Joseph We Burdon, oworn to May 20, 1926 before Juliette
Telamini.
You are hereby further required to produce all corporate
books, and records of the United States Radium Corporation, particular-
ly the minutes of the directors' meetings of said United States Radium
Corporation and all other letters, books, papers and writings whatever
in any wise relating to the matters in question in this cause, and
Take further Notice that in the event that said letters,
affidavits, and corporate records are not produced, secondary evidence
of their contents will be offered.
