betwoen U. S. Tadium Corp. and Dr. Frederick L. Hoffman, the correspon-
dence between U. S. Radium Corp. and the Consumers' League or Niss
iley, Esecutive Secrotary.
We hereby give further notice specifying with particularity
the letters to be produced:

Cecil K. Drinker. letter dated June 12, 1924 addressed to Mor. Arthur
Roeder, U. S. Racium Corpe, 30 Church St. N.Y.City and signed Cecil K.
Drinker, MeDe, letter dated June 20, 1925 addressed to Mr. Arthur noeder)
U. S. Rndium Corp, 30 Church St., i.Y. City and signed Cecil K. Drinker,
M.De, letter datod June 27, 1926 sãdreased to itr. Arthur Roeder, U. 3.
Radium Corporation, 30 Church St., N.Y.City and signed Cecil K. Drinker,
M.D., tomether with the abstract contained in, said letter showing
resulto of film experiments in the Orange plant. Letter dated July 14,
