Will you have the report executed and send it to the Corporation Trust Company, 15 Exchange Place, Jersey City, New Jersey, with a check for $1, payable to the Secretary of State to cover filing fee. Inasmuch as the Company has ceased to "engage in business" in the State of New Jersey within the meaning of its tax laws and merely holds title to properties, it might be well to consider the advisability of withdrawing from business in Jersey, particularly in case the tax im- posed by that State amounts to a substantial sum.
