Dear Mr. Stryker:

I have your letter of January 26th, and of course
I am much surprised at the information which Mr. Berry gave you
regarding Dr. Sochocky and his statement relative to the operations
of our Application Plant in the years when he was with us.
I don't believe there is any truth in this, but shall
take immediate steps the first of the week to check up with both
Mr. Cross and Mr. Roeder, and let you know.
