March 10th,1928. Mr. Josiah Stryicer, c/o LindaburyqDepus & Fauliss, Broad Street, Newark,N.J. Re: Freyer vs. U.S.Radium Corporation Dear Mr. Stryker: 43486-LDF Te have your letter of March Bth,together with the statement of facts which Mr. Berry proposes that we agreo to. of course from our standpoint there is not the slightest chance of our agreeing to most of the things which he sets up, because they are untrue. It seems to me that his statement will be valuable in giving us a fairly accurate idea of what he will attempt to prove on trial and as to how he shall combat his contentions. If we are really going to trial on April 2nd, there is not a great deal of time left, and undoubtedly there are many things yet to be whipped into shape. If it meets with your approval we would suggest that it might be advisable for your to call Messro Smith and Markley saying that soma more preparatory work might be undertaken. Very truly yours, President.
