I examined one of the Smith sisters last week. I
should be very glad to have you bring with you any of
the other girls that worked with you at that time. If
you will let me know a couple of days a head when you
can come it will be better.

That the complainant, Katherine Schaub, submitted herself to
Dr. Frederick B. Flinn, at his home in South Orange, New Jersey,
for examination, where Dr. Flinn informed complainant, Katherine
Schaub, that none of her illnesses could be attributed to radio-
active substances.
42. That in the Summer of 1926, Dr. Frederick B.Flinn
communicated with Dr. McCaffrey, in New York, who was treating
complainant, Grace Fryer's jaw, and requested that she come to him,
Dr. Flinn, for examination.
43. That the said Grace Fryer, pursuant to the request
of Dr. Flinn, attended Dr. Flinn at his office in Columbia Uni-
versity where Dr. Flinn took specimens of her blood and applied
instruments to her body with the assistance of another individual
whom complainant, Grace Fryer, has recently learned to be a Mr.
Barker, present Tice-President of the United States Radium Cor-
poration.
44. That Dr. Frederick B. Flinn informed complainant,
Grace Fryer, from his tests that her health was in better condi-
tion than his, and that radioactive substances had not harmed her.

45. That Dr. Frederick B. Flinn, although by his letter
to Dr. Drinker, dated January 16, 1926, admitted, "That the radium
and thorium mixture in the paint is to blame in an indirect way
