misunderstanding, I believe it might be well to outline what we have in
mind. We feellithat a fee of $150.00 for the day that you spend at court
together with $100.00 for preliminary preparation, consisting of conferences
to be held on April 24th, and other conferences which our lawyers may call,
would be equitable. For your services on April 22nd, we feel that you
should be entitled to an additional $100.00. of course we to take care
of all expenses connected with your trip to and from New York.
We lmow that you apprecaate that this matter is vital to us, and
we certainly trust that you will feel justified in giving us your time
and assistance in this matter.
An early response will be greatly appreciated.
