I promised him that we would let him know as near a.s possible when you would want him to testify so he could get over at about that time and not lose any time. Have you heard any thing from D_ Schlundt as to whether he will be present on the 22nd? Mr Barker and I will have to get together ometime and discuss what determinations we will make. For example if wo take expired air it will take longer than the girls would want to give us and it might be that we will run into difficulty.
