Mr. C. B. Lee, President,
United States Radium Corporation,
535 Pearl Street,
New York, N. Y.
My dear Mr. Lee:
I beg to acknowledge receipt of
your letter of April 23rd and note that your case
is called for trial on Wednesday, April 25th,
but you will not need me as a witness until
Friday, April 27th. I shall be glad to hold
myself in readiness to appear.
I think it would be wiser for me not
to qualify as an expert witness but simply testify
as to the facts in our reports and the circum-
stances under which these examinations were made.
I see no reason why my testimony should not, in
accordance with the facts, bear out what you
state in your letter you are seeking to establish.
Very truly yours,
Every Zim
