UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION - THE
LUMINITE CORPORATION V. EDNA HUSSMAN

April 25, 1928.
all very quiet about it. Since moving they learned that
Hussman had Arthritis. Said she did not witness the accident,
it would be very hard for her to say just when it occurred.
The first she knew of Itrs. Hussman falling down the steps was
when either Hussman or the nothor rolated the incident.
She would not be positive which one told her but for a
fact she did really fall down the stairs and sustained an in-
jury to the hip and that prior to the injury she was in good
health. Said her sister, Irs. Dorthes Thomson, lived with hor
at 448 Roseville Avenue and that she possibly would be able to
recall more accurately the date and time of accident Sister
is at present time at hairdressers, she does not expect her
home until later in the evening, but if I wished to see her
for me to return baok later and before calling, telephone
Branch-Brook 8185 to see if Thomson had arrived home.
Mrs. Farley said she never heard lirs. Hussman over
mention about working at the Radium factory as she said beforo
the Hussmans were very peculiar people and inclined to be tather
reluctant in disclosing any information pertaining to their
family affeirs.
Farley said while she dia not witness use.
Hussman falling down the stairs, she knows the accident actually
happened, she would willingly go to court and testify as to what
lites. Hussman and her mother had told her of the accident.
