UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION - THE
LUMINITE CORPORATION V. EDNA HUSSMAN
April 26th, 1928.
Report of Elizabeth C. Lowis:
L. Bamberger's,
Employment Office,
Newark, N. J.
In an effort to ascertain the name of party injured
at Bamberger's Store, and who claimed to be an employee of the
Radium Corporation, called at the Employment office of the above
Department Store, met Mr. Sawyer in charge, who willingly con-
sented to make a search of their files and see if the following
Edna Hussman
Grace Fryer
Quinta McDonald
Albina Larice
Katherine Schaub
were listed as ever having been employed by them and if they
had any record showing they had ever met with an accident. Mr.
Sawyer failed to find the desired information, saying if the
accident happened in the store while shopping, that he would
have no record of the accident on file in his office. Referr-
ed me to the Health Department. Further stated the only young
lady they ever had working in their store that had worked at
the Radium Corporation was a Miss Eckert, now deceased.
