Dr. Eugene L. Fisk, Medical Director,
Life Extension Institute, Inc.,
25 West 43rd St.,
New York City.
Dear Dr. Fisk:
As explained to your Secretary over the
'phone last Friday, the suits against us in the Court of
Chancery in New Jersey, were postponed until September
24th, without any defensive testimony being given.
We trust that you will be in a position to
give us an hour of your time when these come up in the Fall
for further hearing. Sometime previous to the above date
we shall indicate to you as nearly as possible the exact
time that your appearance is desired.
Again thanking you for your cooperation in
this matter, we are
Very truly yours,
CBLee:RH
President.
