With regard to the suits pending against
us in New Jersey:
No testimony was introduced by the complaine
ants dealing on the point which we discussed with you, and
therefore it will not be necessary for you to appear as a
witness in our behalf. We know that this will be highly
pleasing to you. Nevertheless, we wish to thank you for
your indicated willingness to help if necessary.
