Herewi th copy of my letter to Mr. Raymond
H. Berry in the above, which is self-explanatory. It is
absolutely impossible for me to proceed with the final hear-
ing of this matter on May 23rd, 24th and 25th for the reasons
stated in my letter to Mr. Berry.
Under the circumstances, I presume that
the dates heretofore fixed by you during the latter part of
September for the ontinuance of the final hearing, will
stand.
