Mr. E. A. Markley,
c/o Collins & Corbin,
1 Exchange Place,
Jersey City, N.J.
Freyer, et al V. U. S.Radium Corporation
Dear Mr. Markley:
We have your letter of May 5th, together
with copies of letters to Vice Chancellor Backes and Mr.Berry.
Naturally we would dislike very much to see
these cases placed on the calendar beginning May 23rd, but if
this is done we shall be obliged to make the best of it.
Please let us know at the very earliest time
possible what is finally decided by the Vice Chancellor.
September 24,25,26 and 27th were the days set
aside by the Vice Chancellor for our defence.
Very truly yours,
President.
