for their services in said causes, and the sume of $4,500.,
for their dishursements in said causes and in settlement of the respective
claims of the male plaintiffs.
(c) Execute and deliver to the plaintiff or plaintiffs, as the
case may be, in each of the abotre cases, an agreement which shall provide as
follows:
(1) That the defendant shall pay to the female plaintiff party to said
agreement, the sum of $600. per year in equal quarterly payments (the first
payment to be made on the llth day of September, 1928) for and during her
natural life or until such time as the committee of physicians hereinafter
provided for, or any two of them, shall determine and report that said female
plaintiff is not suffering from any disability due to radium poisoning or to
any of the effects thereof.
(2) That the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff or plaintiffs, as
the case may be, in each of the above cases, the amount necessarily paid or
incurred to the date hereof by such plaintiff or pläntiffs for medicines or
medical treatment for the purpose of endeavoring to cure such female plain-
tiff of her alleged illness said to be due to radium poisoning. Such
amount which shall be so paid shall be the amount fixed by the Honorable
William Clark and shall not include any item which shall not have been
presented to him by said plaintiff on or before July 2, 1928. The aggre-
gate of all sums payable to all the above named plaintiffs by the defendant
for such medicines and medical treatment shall not exceed $7,500.
(3) That the defendant shall pay for such reasonable and ordinary
future medical treatment for such female plaintiff as shall be rendered
necessary by reason of radium poisoning or the effects thereof and which
treatment and the amount to be paid therefor shall be approved by the
Committee of physicians hereinafter mentioned or a majority of them.
(4) Each of such agreements shall also provide that the plaintiffs
shall, on or before July 2,1928, jointly appoint a physician, experienced
in the use of radium and its effects on the human body and who shall have
heretofore neither examined nor treated the female plaintiffs, or any of
