Your letter of July 20 addressed to the Department of
Labor has been referred to this bureau for reply.
In the July, 1928 Monthly Labor Review, page 42, you
will find an article entitled "Industrial poisoning caaes
among watch dial makers" which we think is the article re-
ferred to by you. I am sending a copy of the July Monthly
Labor Review to you under separate cover.
