oct 5 October 1st, 1928. Dr. Herbert N. McCoy, c/o Lindsay Light Company, 161 E. Grand Ave., Chicago, Ill. Dear Dr. MCCoy: We have your letter of September 26th, and fully realize how anxious you are to dispose of your mesothorium residues, but unfortunately we cannot at this time give a definite answer on the matter. Mr. Lechien, the Belgian's representative is now in America, and we expect to see him sometime during the next week or ten days. We think it is possible that some decision will be reached whereby we can give you sufficient information to guide you in the disposition of these residues. It is our hope that we may be able to handle them some way, either directly or indirectly. I shall write you again sometime during the month. I certainly regret that there are no business matters claiming my attention in Chicago while you and Mrs. McCoy and there, for it would be a pleasure to see you. With best regards, I am Cordially yours, President. CBLee:RH
