My dear Mr. Lee:
The enclosed bill of Dr. Richards for work in the case
of Miss Grace Freyer has been approved by the Committee and I forward
it to you for disposition. The work arose in connection with necrosis
of the jaw due to radium poisoning.
Miss Freyer has already paid the bill, and I assume is
expecting a check.
