19, with Mr. Markley of Collins & Corbin and Mr. Smith of Edwards &
Smith, with reference to the suit of Mrs. Canfield, and if it is
agrreeable with you we should like very nach to discues with them also
the possibilities involved in the clains of Miss Peer and Miss Phillips.
It is our opinion that Congleton, Stallman & Hoover will permit
of an examination of their clients previous to the institution of suit.
So far as a test for redio-activity is concerned, next week would be e
very opportune time to make this, since Dr. Herman Schlundt, of the
University of Missouri will be in H.X.C., and available. You will
recall that we used Dr. Schlundt last spring while defending the five
cases which we settled out of court.
