It is our opinion that Congleton, Stallman & Hoover will permit of an examination of their clients previous to the institution of suit. So far as a test for redio-activity is concerned, next week would be e very opportune time to make this, since Dr. Herman Schlundt, of the University of Missouri will be in H.X.C., and available.
