-2- 19th, with Mr. Markley of Collins & Corbin and Mr. Smith of Edwards & Smith, with reforence to the suit of Mrs. Canfield, and if it is agreeable with you we should like very nuch to discuss with them also the possibilities involved in the claims of Miss Peer and Miss Phillips. It is our opinion that Congleton, Stallman & Hoover will permit of an examination of their elients previous to the institution of suit. So far as a test for radio-activity is concerned, next week would be a very opportune tirle to make this, since Dr. Herman Schlundt, of the University of Missourio will be in N.Y.C., and available. You will recall that we used Dr. Schlundt last spring while defending the five cases which we settled out of court. Very truly yours, President. CBLee:RH Same letter sent to Burton E, Emory, of the Aetna Life Insurance Company, and Mr. W. H. Galentine of The Globe Indemnity Company .
