I could not make an expired air test in June because I could not get
the instrument charged properly.
I noticed that the Lind machine does not seen to be grounded for after
I have charged it with a rod and turning the wire against the glass that if I
pass the rod over the charging end the leaf will move ten divisions at times
and will discharge very rapidily as compared with it normally.
