-2- Nothing new has devoloped regarding the date for testing the girls since my last letter - I will probably hear from Dr. Fialla tomorrow. Was glad to knom that you found a specimen of zine sulphide which will probably satisfactorily serve for testing expired air for the presence of radio-active materials. As I have previously written, we have been served with one formal suit, and have been advised by a group of lawyers in Newark, not associated with Mr. Berry, that they have two cases which will be necessary for them to start suit for unless they can be settled without proceedings.
