Barker, U.S. Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street, New York City. My dear Mr. Barker: Miss Grace Fryer has suffered occasional attacks of severe pain in the spine for which she has had to call medical aid. The Committee believes that these attacks are due to the radium, and they therefore approve of the payment of the enclosed bill. Sincerely yours, Juniy James
