Sir:
With reference to your letter regarding a
preliminary discussion before the radium conference,
you are informed that it is necessary for me to be in
Boston on 13th and it will be convenient for me to stop
over in New York on Friday the 14th and I will call at
your office on that date.
You are advised that while the Surgeon General's
invitation to the conference will be addressed to you,
we will be glad to have Mr. Barker attend also.
