We acknowledge receipt of your letter of December 21, , 1928
wherein you state that this letter supplements the letter of
Mr. Lee.
This letter refers to actions instituted by Charles W. Weeks
on behalf of Ethelwynne Metz (Nee Peer) and Edward Metz her hus-
band and Helen Tuck (Nee Phillips) and Walter Tuck her husband.
We do not appear to have ever received the letter of Mr. Lee
of December 19 and would therefore appreciate your forwarding us a
copy of this letter so that we may know what his letter refers to
as well as your letter of the 21st.
