Referring to your letter of December 3lst, regard-
ing an action instituted by Charles W. Weeks on behelf of
Ethelwynne Metz (nee Peer) and Edwerd Mets her husband, and
Helen Tuck (nee Phillips) and Walter Tuck her husband:
lie are glad to advise that upon checking our
office records we find that the copy of the Summons & Complaint
was sent to your Now York office on Park Ave,N.Y.C., by
registered mail, under date of December 19th. We have today
been in communication with your New York office, and are advised
that Mr. Lee's letter is in their possession, and that they will
communicate their disposition in this matter to you.
We regret the error on our part in forwarding this
communication to your New York office in the first place.
