Dear Dr. Schlundt:
Confirming my telephone conversation of this
morning:
We are advised that Mr. Berry desired to have
our physical examination of Mrs. Mae Cubberley Canfield conducted
on Friday of this week, but in deference to Mr. Markley's request
he temporarily consented to postpone such examination until next
week or the week after.
I have advised Mr. Markley and Mr Smith
that you are available any time during the next two weeks on
three days notice.
In case this letter reaches you prior to a
telegram requesting your presence on Friday of this week, you may
hold yourself in readiness to aid us next week or the week after.
