Dear Sirs:
Herewith copy of letter from Mr. Berry,
dated February 27, 1929, in which he says that he will
present Mrs. Canfield for examination at his office on
Sunday, March 17, at ten o'clock in the forenoon.
I met Mr. Berry at the Court House in
Newark today and he said he would have no objection to
the presence of Dr. Schlundt but he did not want Dr.
Flinn to make any examination.
Please advise whether you can go ahead on
March 17. Mr. Berry further said he expected to have
Dr. St. George present as well as Dr. Humphrey. He had
no objection to Dr. St. George making the blood test for
us but he did not want Dr. Rector to do so.
Yours very truly,
E. markley
