DEPARTMENT OF PATHOLOGY MAR 131929 CORNELL UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE FIRST AVENUE AND 28TH STREET NEW YORK March 12, 1929. Mr. H.H. Barker, U. S. Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street, New York City. My dear Mr. Barker: information I have received a letter from Judge Clark of the U. S. District Court requesting action regarding our results of the five radium cases. He is naturally much interested in the report and I feel that he deserves to be informed confidentially. I will not, however, send him any information unless I receive your approval.
