Dear Dr. Failla: Confirming our 'phone conversation of this morning: We have been requested by Mr. Smith of Edwards & Smith, and Mr. Markley of Collins & Corbin,who represent the interests of the United States Radium Corporation in the action VS Canfield, to ask you to participate with Dr. Schlundt in the test for the presence of radio-activity to be conducted at the office of Potter & Berry, 60 Park Place, Newark, N.J., on Sunday morning, March 17th, at 10 A.M. For your services in this connection you will kindly render bills in duplicate, sending one copy to Edwards & Smith, 1 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N.J, and one copy to Collins & Corbin, 1 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N.J.
