Gentlemen: We have requested the experts, who have been rendere ing assistancefor the preparation of trial in the cases of Tuck, Mets and Canfield, to submit bills for their services to your respective offices. Inasmuch as we have the connections with the parties involved, namely - - Doctors Steiner, Imboden, Failla, Schlundt and Flinn, we are naturally interested to be assured that their fees are paid promptly.
