March 19th,1929. Post Master General, Washington, D.C. Dear Sir: We are enclosing herewith an envelope addressed to us from Columbia, Missouri, post marked March 11th, to be handled air mail. This letter was delivered at our office in N.Y.C., in the first mail on March 18th. You, of course, appreciate that when a letter is sent air mail it is import- ant that it be delivered promptly.
