Complaint against us by Ethelwynne Mota (nee Peer) and Edward
Mets, her husband, Helen Tuck (nee Phillips) and Walter M.Tuck,
her husband, filed in the Court of Chancery for the District of
New Jersey.
The above mentioned susmons is being attached to the
letter sent to Mr. Smith's office.
