Confirming our telephone conversation of
even date, this will acknowledge receipt of your letter
dated April 9th, enclosing copy of letter written you by
Dr. Flinn.
Your suggestion that we have a conference
shortly to determine our future conduct with reference to
litigation pending is very timely, and Mr. Lee and I shall be
pleased to arrange our program to fit yours in this regard.
